Room in a shared flat

**We are looking for a new flatmate!** As our previous roommate (M20) is moving out, we (M21 and W22) are looking for someone to take over the vacant room as of immediately or by arrangement. **About the room & the location:** * **The room:** It is approx. 13 m² in size (3.56 x 3.70 m), very bright and already fully furnished. * **The location:** Super well-connected – you can reach the S-Bahn stop in just 5 minutes on foot and the nearest tram station is practically at your doorstep (1 minute walk). **Who we are:** We are a young, uncomplicated and open-minded student couple. A harmonious, tidy and relaxed coexistence in everyday life is very important to us. **Who fits with us:** Are you young, studying, value clean living and are an easy-going, nice person?
