Room in a shared flat

Hello I (m31) am looking for a new roommate for a centrally located and quiet shared flat in the St.Otmar Quartier in St.Gallen as of 1.10. (or by arrangement). **About the apartment:** The apartment on the 4th floor (it has a lift) is probably one of the most beautiful apartments in St.Gallen - if you are a fan of Art Nouveau. It has 4 rooms: kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, living room and 3 other rooms. I occupy the two smaller ones and you would make yourself comfortable in the other one. The living room has access to a small balcony with two chairs and some herbs. The bedrooms and living room have a beautiful solid wood parquet floor. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and we have also treated ourselves to a dishwasher! The washing machine for shared use with 3 other parties is in the basement. I work 60% shifts in stationary child and youth welfare and study at the OST with a degree in summer 2027. I like to be on the go with friends, ride a bike, love music, attend concerts, do sports, cook, play games, keep many plants and spend time with my family. But I also like to spend time comfortably at home. :) **What I imagine:** I am looking for someone between 25-35 years old, who is preferably also working. Uncomplicated cohabitation is important to me: everyone should have enough free space, but at the same time I also enjoy spontaneous conversations in the kitchen or a joint meal. In addition, cleanliness and order are important to me. Since there are only two of us, you often have the apartment all to yourself. **Key data** The rent for the room is 750.-. Internet/TV (21.95) electricity, water and serafe (150.- annually) are added. I pay 965.- for my rooms; the rent could also be negotiated under certain circumstances. Size: approx. 18m2, square with stucco on the ceiling, bright with afternoon and evening sun, direct access to the bathroom. The apartment is approximately 100m2 in size.
