4 rooms attic flat

Hello everyone I would like to move back to the city of Zürich and offer my apartment in exchange – regarding the date, I could do it relatively quickly, or also later. I offer: 4-room old building (spacious, flooded with light), freshly renovated bathroom, large kitchen (the fourth tenant would, upon request, replace the gas stove with an electric stove), very spacious attic and cellar compartment, shared garden, stone square with fire bowl for grilling, elevated terrace with sun sail and grapevines – as well as shared, flexibly usable laundry room and large drying room. It is a 3-party house without an elevator. All residents are extremely sympathetic and easy-going and come from social and/or artistic backgrounds and are very helpful and dream tenants. The house is directly opposite the Trafo Kino and on foot you are at the station in 5' with a direct 15' connection to HB Zürich. Furthermore, the forest is very close and in approximately 10' you are either at various riverbanks or at the 3 public (24/7) free thermal pools, which are located directly by the river. I am looking for: At least 2-room (a utopian dream would be 4) in Zürich. I would also be happy without a balcony and garden, but would dearly love to be able to integrate my studio into the apartment again as well. It must not be a temporary solution and should cost a maximum of 1800.- and a few extra (preferably cheaper, of course... one can dream).
