In a beautiful historic warehouse in a central yet quiet location, we are renting workspaces as a shared office community on an attractive mezzanine/gallery. Die Allmend, the Sihlcity shopping center, various sports facilities, and many other amenities are easily reachable on foot.

Spacious areas are available for shared use: WC and shower, two meeting rooms (23 m² and 34 m²), a lounge with a dining table and kitchen (approx. 65 m²), a large roof terrace, and visitor parking spaces.

• Single workspace (desk with office chair): CHF 510.- per month
• Double workspace (large desk with two office chairs): CHF 910.- per month

Upon request, the workspaces can be supplemented with additional shelving space.

Included in the rent are the service charges (heating, electricity, water, and cleaning), high-speed internet, the shared use of the printer, as well as coffee, fruit, and other snacks.

Additional cellar space can be rented if required.
