Room in a shared flat

je suis an engineer in my fifties, calm and serious. I live in a 3.5 room apartment in Lausanne in which I am renting out the second bedroom. The accommodation was entirely renovated in early 2026.

In addition to the bedroom, you will benefit from sharing the common areas of the apartment with me, namely:

• Bright bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail.
• An equipped kitchen with large cupboards, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher as well as a large fridge including a real freezer.
• A very pleasant, bright living room.

The bedroom to be occupied features:

• a 90x200 bed
• a built-in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space
• a round table and two chairs
• a cabriolet style armchair
• an Ikea kallax 4 compartment shelf
• a 42 inch 4k SmartTV

The accommodation is ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of all amenities:

• Migros, Denner and Coop all 1 minute walking distance
• Other shops less than 2 minutes walking distance
• Bus stop 20 meters from the door

The bedroom is available early September (date to be agreed). One month's deposit in addition to the current month's rent is requested as a guarantee.

In case of interest, please provide me with a complete file including a copy of your identity document, a copy of your residence permit, proof of income as well as a presentation of yourself.

Also note that I am very often traveling for professional reasons, which will allow you, during these periods, to enjoy the accommodation in total tranquility.
