Room in a shared flat

In a beautiful and large furnished apartment of 158 m2 in Gland, enjoy this magnificent room! I am 38 years old, I am leaving the shared flat on 16.09, and I am looking for a new female roommate to replace me, having found a studio. My current roommates are two active women. The 44 m2 room is upstairs and allows you to be like in a studio within the shared flat itself by closing the door! The rent is 1204.-CHF. The rent price includes the apartment charges, without a parking space - possibility to rent an indoor space for CHF 130.-. You should count approximately CHF 100-150.-/month to complete the shared flat expenses (electricity, cleaning lady, wifi, tv, common products, rent guarantee, etc). We are looking for a serious, calm and careful person, from our age group and non-smoker! Respecting the tranquility of others is a priority, being a shared flat of active adults having lives that are already quite full! It is for this reason that we do not have a very active shared flat life, we rather like to share spontaneous moments of life together when the opportunity arises! Ideally, we prefer a person who does not telework, or at most one day per week. The shared flat is already well organized, and a cleaning lady takes care of cleaning the common areas once every two weeks. The duplex apartment on the 2nd floor of a building is less than 10 min on foot from the Gland station. In summer, even in case of strong heat, the apartment remains cool, even upstairs!
