Room in a shared flat

Cozy 2-person shared apartment in a spacious, older house with lots of charm and a large garden in the middle of Uster. The nature is right around the corner – perfect for breathing deeply, grounding, and relaxing. Zürich can be reached by train in 14 minutes. I will be taking a break for 2.5 to 3 months. Me and my flatmate Aurelia (37) – Soul-Voice therapist – are looking for a tenant for this period. There will be two of you. The available room is 23 m2 in size, bright, quiet, with two windows and one skylight. Since we are renting the room temporarily, it is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, clothes rail, chest of drawers, and desk. Shared use of: \- two beautiful gardens and patio (green thumb welcome!) \- kitchen, living room, bathroom and dining room \- washing machine, attic and cellar 1. Sept, until end of Nov. 2026 (by arrangement) We are looking for a person who is happy to live in a beautiful house, also likes to feed our cat Yoko every now and then, and is tidy. The room is perfect for someone who wants to arrive fresh in Zürich and the surrounding area - or is otherwise currently in a transition. Age is actually irrelevant. Say between 30 and 55.
