Room in a shared flat

I am finishing my master's studies, so I'm giving up my room from November 1, 2026.

You would be sharing this apartment with Tamara (26) and Katharina (19).
Tamara studied Environmental Science and is currently working. She loves outdoor activities, particularly trail running, mountaineering and hiking.
Katharina is studying Mathematics. She likes running and goes climbing many times a week. Both Tamara and Katharina are native German speakers. However they speak English very well. Our current language in the apartment is English as I don't speak German. Both of them enjoy quiet moments but also like cooking and doing sports together.

We are looking for an open-minded, tidy, non-smoking flatmate who appreciates a friendly atmosphere and is willing to be added to the official rental contract with Tamara and Katharina.

The apartment has a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, three bathrooms, a washing machine inside the apartment, a private rooftop terrace and a cellar for storage.
I am selling my bed and my closet.

The location is highly convenient.

• A 10 minute walk to Wiedikon train station.
• Bus 72, 76 in front of the apartment building.
• 30 minutes by public transport to ETH Zentrum and UZH
• A 1 minute walk to the Coop supermarket, 10 minutes to Migros and Lidl.
