3 ½ rooms apartment

From 28 December 2026 to 30 April 2027, we are renting out our furnished 3.5-room apartment in the Holligen-Quartier in Bern. The apartment is bright, spacious and cozy and features one bedroom as well as a separate office. Additionally, there is a balcony that invites you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the communal laundry room. WLAN is included in the rental price. The apartment is located directly next to the Schlossmatte tram stop, which is easily accessible with tram lines 7 and 8. Also Bakery Bakery, Café Huber as well as various shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity and are easily reachable on foot. The apartment is ideally suited for a single person or a couple looking for a cozy and well-located home in Bern during this time.
