Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new roommate for the 4-room apartment. I have shared the apartment with my partner so far, who is now moving out. The room is approx. 12m2 in size, furnished and offers plenty of storage space (two large wardrobes and a large chest of drawers). You are also welcome to arrange it in a way that makes you feel comfortable. The room does not currently look like this because the current roommate sold the sofa bed, which is why it is missing. The apartment has a total of 4 rooms, is approx. 80m2 in size and has a balcony with a view of Lake Zurich. You can also see the lake from your room. The living room and office/dining room are available to both of us for working, studying or relaxing. Additionally, there is a private washing machine in the apartment, a tumble dryer in the basement as well as a laundry room and bicycle cellar. The apartment also has a fireplace, which is probably rather secondary in summer, but creates a nice ambiance. Furthermore, I have a 200m2 allotment garden, which is only a one-minute walk from the apartment and which you are welcome to share. Nele, my medium-sized female dog, will also be living here with us. She is from animal protection in Romania and is very cuddly. She does not bark, but would rather greet you and cuddle with you.
