To clarify beforehand: This is not a studio and not an apartment, but a furnished single room in the attic of a house with a total of ten rooms. Bath/WC on the floor, kitchen for shared use.

The room is furnished with two single beds, wardrobe and desk and is suitable for one to two persons. CHF 1290 per month for two persons, utilities included – heating, water, electricity, refuse and internet are included in the price.

For shared use: modern communal kitchen with electric stove, microwave and stainless steel sink. Laundry room with washing machine and drying area. Wet room on the ground floor in addition to the bathroom on the floor. Access is via an electronic badge system, not via keys.

For personnel agencies and companies: The house is designed for the accommodation of employees. Multiple rooms at the same time, short-term occupancy changes, collective invoicing and flexible occupancy duration are possible – please inquire directly, we will find a solution. Experience with personnel offices is available.

Oberrüti is located quietly between fields and forest, with good connections: Bushaltestelle Oberrüti Dorf in five minutes on foot, Bahnhof Oberrüti in around fifteen. Rotkreuz, Muri and Sins are reachable in a few minutes, as are the industrial areas of the surroundings.
