Room in a shared flat

I am Fabian, 32 years old, currently working in a hotel and looking for a new flatmate as of 31.10. :) Please only apply if 31.10/01.11. is a possible move-in date for you. I enjoy going to events/festivals, like being out on my bicycle, and am up for various activities.

Your room is 12 square meters and you share this WG with two people. We have a dishwasher (which is not so common in the city), a small balcony, a projector (for gaming and watching TV) and a cellar compartment. For bicycles, we have two bicycle cellars. We share three washing machines as well as tumble dryers with the entire block, however, the washing machines are never all occupied and it is also perfectly fine to wash spontaneously sometimes :) The apartment is located on the outskirts of town near the Bireggwald and the Allmend. Luzern station is reachable in 15min. on foot and in 5min. by bike. Migros, Coop and Denner are also reachable within a few minutes on foot.

It is important to me that we do not live in a mere functional community, but that shared activities can be possible. We have a chore plan, where the chores are redistributed weekly.
