1 room apartment

In our 6-person shared apartment, a room will become available indefinitely from 01 December 2026 - or later by arrangement.
We are five people between 29 and 55 years old and live in a beautiful two-story 7-room apartment with a garden in the Elfenau.
The room is approx. 30sqm in size with a fireplace, built-in shelves and costs 1150.- (incl. utilities).
In our coexistence, regular exchange, thinking along and participating are important to us. However, even for us, WG life does not only consist of duties; we enjoy time for ourselves as much as planned and spontaneous encounters. We try to design our everyday life sustainably and with enjoyment.
You would live together with:

• Amanda (to be found either in the Inselspital or in the Crossfit studio. She loves it when a cat walks through the garden)
• Bea (is on the go a lot and uses her GA extensively, is home more or less often, always has an amusing story in store)
• Elena (likes to sweat - either in martial arts or in the sauna, enjoys shared meals and her REX cinema subscription)
• Heiko (is the most experimental cook in the WG. Board games, mountain tours and Aarebad make his heart beat faster)
• Tim (only works for alibi purposes now, actually his heart beats for Dungeons&Dragons. Never gets tired of emphasizing how good our coffee is)

We are looking for a person who is open, actively helps to shape the WG life and helps out with the housework. We appreciate it when we can exchange with one another about what occupies us and thus everyone has a part in the lives of the others.
