Room in a shared flat

My husband and I, both in our mid-20s, live together with our dog in a beautiful house with a garden and are looking for a **person or a couple for subletting**. The **lower floor with approx. 40 m²** is being rented out. It comprises two rooms (approx. 25 m²), which can be accessed separately and are additionally connected by a sliding door, a private bathroom, as well as two intermediate/passageway rooms (see floor plan). Furthermore, a private front door is available on the floor. The main living rooms are located on the upper floor and are used communally. These include the **kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony, guest room, attic as well as the entire outdoor area and garden (+laundry room on the ground floor)**. You are welcome to plant and design in the garden as you please. The house is located **very quietly and directly adjacent to pasture land**. Public transport, Migros, Coop and Denner are reachable in about 10–15 minutes on foot. The forest and the Cholere Schlucht are only about 10 minutes away. Certain shared tasks arise around the house, for example mowing the lawn or gardening work. We wish for these to be divided fairly. Depending on the willingness to help, the rental price can be adjusted accordingly. For us, **respectful and uncomplicated coexistence** is important. Whether shared evenings with games and cooking will arise remains to be seen, but it is not a must if you prefer to be on your own.
