1 room apartment

I am subletting my furnished 1-room apartment for a two-and-a-half-month period. **Location** * Located in a quiet neighborhood. * 5-minute walk to Bahnhof Wipkingen. * 5-minute train ride from Bahnhof Wipkingen to Zurich HB. **Furnishings** * **Included:** Bed as seen on the picture (with bedsheets), couch, desk, chairs, and a cupboard. The kitchen includes basic cooking equipment and cutlery. * **Not included:** The cellar compartment and personal electronics seen in the photos (desk monitor, stereo speakers, coffee machine). **Internet (Optional)** * Fiber internet (up to 10 Gbit/s) is available for an additional 39 CHF per month. If unneeded, I will cancel the subscription for the duration of the sublet. **Requirements** * A copy of a valid personal liability insurance (_Privathaftpflichtversicherung_) covering damages to rented apartments. * A recent, clean debt collection register extract (_aktueller Betreibungsregisterauszug_). * A deposit equal to one month's rent, to be transferred to a dedicated blocked rental deposit account (_Mietkautionskonto_) before move-in. * Pets are not allowed If you are interested, please send a brief message introducing yourself.
