I, Sofie (21), am looking for a sympathetic roommate between 20 and 30 years old, who appreciates a harmonious living together and is looking for more than just a functional shared apartment. Ideally, you have no pets and are a non-smoker, but if it's a good human fit, that's not an exclusion criterion. I come from the region and also work here. In my free time, I like to be creative, spend a lot of time with friends & family, and read a lot. Harmonious living together is important to me, where joint conversations or a spontaneous cooking evening have just as much space as privacy and mutual freedom. Order and cleanliness are also important to me. The charming 5.5 room old building maisonette apartment with approx. 110 m² is located in the heart of Sirnach TG. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away, bus stops in two different directions are only 4 minutes away. A special highlight is the large roof terrace, which invites you to relax or linger together. What to expect: Your realm: You get your own room with approx. 13 m² as a private retreat. A wardrobe is already available. Community areas: We use the kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, basement, and the large roof terrace together. Move-in possible from February 2027.
