Room in a shared flat

In the center of Thalwil, we are renting an attractive room with its own terrace access.

The house is a former manufacturer's villa with 10.5 rooms, which was renovated and converted around 1991. Everything important is located within a 5-minute walking distance (train station, post office, municipality, Migros, Coop, pharmacy, etc.).

The current (sub-)tenants are between 26 and 38 years old and mostly work in gastronomy; additionally, three cats belong to the household.
Ideally, the future subtenant will complement the existing tenants.

The room is 24sqm in size and is only rented to a single person.
German is a prerequisite for a successful application. All utility costs, as well as internet access and Serafe, are included in the price.
