4 rooms apartment

We are looking for a reliable person to take over our cozy 4-room apartment for sublet from April to the end of June 2027. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and offers everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The train station is reachable in just 5 minutes on foot. Around the house, a beautiful garden invites you to relax and use it together. A covered parking space directly in front of the house is also available. We wish for a non-smoking person without pets who takes care of the apartment. The regular rent is CHF 1'900. including service charges. However, for the sublet, we are open to a fair solution and can be accommodating regarding the price.
