Room in a shared flat

1–2 rooms in a 4-room apartment for rent By arrangement, I am renting out 1 or 2 rooms in my 4-room apartment. Move-in is possible from 1 September or later. The apartment is located in a quiet environment and is not a party flatshare. Free outdoor parking spaces are available. About the apartment: \- Washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment \- additionally, a laundry room is available \- kitchen, living room, furnishings, etc. may, of course, be used \- free outdoor parking spaces available \- non-smoking apartment \- 1 or 2 rooms by arrangement So that you also know the possible disadvantages: I get up around 5:30 am during the week. In return, I am at work during the day from Monday to Thursday, so you normally have the apartment largely to yourself until at least approx. 5 pm. I am also frequently out and about during the day on weekends. Visitors are, of course, no problem. If friends, colleagues, or e.g. fellow students come by to study, that is completely okay. It should just not result in different people coming and going daily. According to the landlord, permanent overnight stays by third parties are not permitted. In addition, my two racing mice (gerbils) 🐭🐭 live here. Therefore, I would be particularly happy about an animal-loving roommate who might also occasionally look after the two of them when I am out. Briefly about me: I have lived in Switzerland for around 20 years, work as a carpenter, and enjoy being in the mountains and doing sports on the weekend. Above all, a quiet, uncomplicated, and respectful coexistence is important to me. Mietdauer at least 12 months.
