Room in a shared flat

We are: We are a newly founded shared apartment and currently live as a group of four in a beautiful Flarzhaus with a garden at the vineyard in Stäfa. We are currently still in the process of settling in and designing our shared home.

It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable and can contribute their ideas and needs. We value mindful coexistence and like to be there for one another – at the same time, each person has enough space for themselves and their own privacy.

We mainly cook vegetarian and vegan. In addition to the garden and kitchen, we also share a cozy living room, the laundry room, a workshop, and an attic.

Currently, one room is still available. possibly two, this one could also be used as an office. (from August or flexible by arrangement).

We are looking for: A woman between 25- 45.

The room: The room is on the ground floor with 3 large windows facing the garden.
(The room is 740.- + 120.- NK. Akonto).

Nearby: 5 min on foot there is a small farm shop with great vegetables. Migros and Coop as well as Seidenhof Broki and the Kulturhaus Rössli are located further down at the station. reachable in approx. 20 min on foot or also by bus. A bicycle is worth it. ;)
