3 rooms apartment

In a quiet corner in Pratteln, I am passing on a cozy and very affordable apartment of approx. 66m² to a new tenant. Officially from 1.11.26 (probably ready for occupancy from mid-October). The street next to the house is a dead end and is only driven on by residents (and their visitors).

On the 3rd floor facing southwest, the apartment has a top orientation. The relatively large balcony facing south and the rooms facing west provide sun from morning until late in the evening.

Washing machine / tumble dryer is shared with 1 neighboring apartment. All other apartments have a laundry tower.

Cellar compartment as additional storage space outside the apartment.

Bicycle cellar is used jointly with the other tenants.

Parking space must be rented extra.
