BreathArt Uster
26 m² + ancillary rooms | Near Greifensee | 3 days per week | CHF 770.- / month
Are you looking for a special space for your therapeutic or creative activity?
At the BreathArt – Zentrum für Atem, Wachstum und Ganzheit, I offer a spacious, atmospheric room for shared use.
The room is located in the attic of a charming old building on Seestrasse in Uster, in the immediate vicinity of Greifensee. A good bus connection to Uster station is available.
I myself am a trained therapist for integrative connected breathing and use the room for breathing therapy and creative sound courses. Since I do not need it daily, I would like to share it with a self-employed person.
The room is suitable for:

• Body therapy, massage and complementary therapy
• Coaching, consulting and personal development work
• Art therapy and creative design
• Creative workshops and courses
• Meditation, mindfulness work and small group offerings

Equipment

• 26 m² large main room
• Additional separate chamber
• Storage room with refrigerator
• Air conditioning
• WC

Rental conditions
CHF 770.- monthly for three fixed days per week, plus proportional electricity costs by arrangement.
The weekdays can be determined together. Long-term cooperation is desired.
I look forward to your message and a personal meeting.
