Room in a shared flat

Hi! From **1 October 2026**, two separate rooms will be available in our bright 4.5-room apartment in Birsfelden. I am looking for two new female flatmates, one person for each room. The move-in date is flexible, so slightly earlier or later is also possible. THE APARTMENT The apartment is around 95 m2 and has a spacious and very bright living and dining room, a large kitchen, balcony, bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, as well as a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The living room and balcony will mostly be unfurnished, apart from a dining table. You are very welcome to bring your own furniture, plants or other things and make the shared spaces feel like home. THE ROOMS Room 2 - CHF 694 per month Can be taken over furnished with: \- bed and mattress \- wardrobe Furniture takeover: CHF 250 for everything. Individual pieces can also be taken over separately on request. Room 3 - CHF 694 per month Can be taken over furnished with: \- bed and mattress \- table \- chair \- lamps Furniture takeover: CHF 150. The furniture is optional if you prefer to bring your own. COSTS Rent: CHF 694 per month per room Deposit: **CHF 2,080** All regular additional costs are included. Electricity is paid separately approximately every three months. LOCATION The apartment is in a quiet and green residential area in Birsfelden, just a few minutes on foot from the Redingstrasse bus stop, with bus lines 36, 37 and 46. Coop and other everyday shops are nearby, and St. Jakob with its shopping centre and sports facilities is also close. ABOUT THE WG I'm Viktoriia, 23, open-minded, creative and easy-going. I like a home that feels comfortable and relaxed, with a good balance between occasionally spending time together and respecting each other's privacy. A clean and tidy home is important to me, so I would like to live with people who feel similarly and are happy to share responsibility for the common spaces. I'm looking for female flatmates and non-smokers. I am open to pets as long as they are allowed by the landlord. Both long-term and shorter-term stays are possible. Since both rooms are becoming available at the same time, we will basically be forming a new WG together.
