Rent per month: CHF 1'460 (including internet, liability and household insurance plus weekly cleaning of shared rooms from CHF 80 per month). Very central, 10 minutes from Bellevue, 15 minutes from HB, lake, shopping etc. within 500 meters walking distance, bus stop at the house (Dufourplatz). A parking space can be rented additionally. **The room is** approximately 20 m2, bright, with parquet flooring, living kitchen (with combi steamer, dishwasher) and living and dining room modernly furnished, with lake view, garden for shared use, bathtub/WC or shower/WC for shared use for two people, washing machine/tumble dryer, cellar and attic for shared use. **About us:** we are office buddies (32 and one who is only occasionally present), open, uncomplicated and look forward to meeting you. We are not a party shared flat. **Who:** Uncomplicated person, cheerful, positively inclined, honest, open, non-smoker, no children, no pets.
