We are looking for sub-tenants from September 1st for an apartment in Via Cortivallo Lugano (Besso area). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which has the predisposition to install a washing machine, a separate kitchenette, 2 balconies, a cellar and, if desired, a covered parking space for 150fr or an uncovered one for 100fr. The apartment can be left semi-furnished if needed. Quiet and strategic area with proximity to the highway, train station and Via Besso where all main services are located.
