Room in a shared flat

I'm looking for a subtenant for my shared flat room in Neustadt, who is open, uncomplicated, and reliable. **Time frame**: The room will be rented from 01.09.2026 to 31.10.2026, the exact move-in and move-out dates can be negotiated. The room is on the 2nd floor, approximately 14 square meters in size. The apartment is located in the heart of Lucerne, near the Vogeli garden and only 5 minutes from the train station. We have our own washing machine, two small balconies, and a spacious living room. We're all away for a few months and that's why the other rooms will also be sublet.
