Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new flatmate as of 1 September. The apartment is located directly near the Bäckeranlage, in a quiet residential street. You are therefore directly at Langstrasse in 5 minutes, at Hb in 8 minutes by bike, but nevertheless in a quiet environment. The apartment features a super beautiful, large living room. Separately, a large kitchen with a dishwasher. As well as a bathroom with its own washing machine. The rent is inclusive of utilities and Wifi. Serafe must be paid separately. You would live together with me, Sarah, 30, and Nala, 2 years old and hairy (a small cat haha). I wish for a nice life together with an occasional cozy dinner. However, I work a lot and am also still studying, so not too much free time. I would prefer a woman, but I am open to living with a man (so far I have always shared the apartment with men); ultimately, it just has to fit. Cleanliness and order are very important to me. Please tell me something about yourself so that I can get an idea. Otherwise, I will not consider the application.
