Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone, I am looking for a new roommate for my 3.5 room apartment at Kanonengasse in Zürich (from 1 July or by arrangement). You will take over the 12m^2 bedroom of my current roommate, which has a window facing the quieter courtyard. The larger bathroom directly next to the bedroom belongs to you, and you will have plenty of space / storage in the large living room / kitchen. You are also welcome to keep your wardrobe in the intermediate space (possibly taking it over directly from my roommate). 2 washing machines and dryers are located in the basement and are shared with approx. 6 other parties. The apartment is in an optimal location right by the Kasernenareal. You can walk to the Hauptbahnhof in 10min and to Helvetiaplatz in 5min. I am 30 years old, a management consultant, and I travel a lot (especially during the week but also on weekends). In my free time, I do sports, such as fitness, jogging, tennis, and skiing, and meet friends. I am looking for someone who is between 26 and 34 years old. Cleanliness in the common rooms is very important to me, but I keep it uncomplicated without strict plans, etc. Ideally, you also work in an intensive job and are often on the go (not mandatory). Regarding furniture / kitchen materials - let's talk. Some things will already be available, and we are also happy to take other things over from you.
