Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my bright, furnished shared apartment room in a charming old building on the second floor. The room is approx. 16 m² in size, well-proportioned, and is ideally suited for students. The sublet is ideally intended from January to August; there is some flexibility regarding the exact move-in and move-out dates.

The apartment is located very centrally: the train station, city center, and University of St. Gallen are reachable within walking distance. The apartment is also very well connected by public transport. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet thanks to well-insulated windows. Additionally, a small cellar compartment belongs to the apartment, which offers some additional storage space.

The apartment is a three-person shared flat. During the sublet, my two previous roommates will remain in the apartment. Both are 24 years old, also study at the University of St. Gallen, and originally come from Northwest Switzerland. During the week, they are mostly in the apartment, while they often travel home on the weekend.

The shared flat is clean, tidy, and organized. My roommates have known each other for many years, which is why there is good cohesion and a pleasant, friendly atmosphere. At the same time, respectful and uncomplicated coexistence is important to us. Shared time is also enjoyed in the kitchen from time to time, without it being a party flat.

We are looking for an orderly, clean, and responsible person who fits well into a quiet and harmonious shared living life. You should be socially open, friendly, and approachable, but also respect when someone wants their peace. It is important to us that you adhere to agreements and maintain a helpful, uncomplicated way of interacting.
