Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a very large and spacious room with two windows and a beautiful view of the greenery. The windows look out onto trees, which makes the room feel particularly quiet and pleasant.

The apartment is in an excellent location: the train station as well as the Coop are reachable in just 1 minute on foot, and the city center of Baden is only 3 minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities, restaurants, gyms, and public transport are located right outside the door.

Ideally, I am looking for a young, tidy, and clean female roommate who is a non-smoker and leads a healthy lifestyle. Respectful and pleasant interaction with one another is important to me.
