2 rooms apartment

Good day I am renting out 2 furnished rooms (bedroom, living room) of my apartment in Luzern Würzenbach from 4. August to September. The bedroom is approx. 10m2 in size. So it is only enough for one person to sleep. The living room is approx. 15m in size. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Furthermore, the apartment has a rather large balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment is quietly located. In 12 min by bicycle, bus or car, one reaches the Luzern train station. In 3 minutes walking, one is at Migros, Denner and pharmacy. In 5 minutes, one is at Vierwaldstättersee to swim and enjoy the lake. The laundry room is very flexible for washing with a drying room.
