I am urgently looking for a new, child-friendly apartment for myself and my child in Baar (mandatory in Baar, preferably on the ground floor). A direct apartment exchange with our current apartment is possible and preferred, but pure rental offers are also very welcome.

Floor: Preferably ground floor
Surroundings: Child-friendly, preferably with green space or play opportunities nearby
Budget: Net rent up to approx. CHF 1’750.–

What I am offering for exchange:

Object: 3.5-room apartment at the town border in Baar
Rent: CHF 1’820.– incl. service charges
Features: Balcony, own washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment, bathroom with bathtub
Location & Surroundings: Central location with optimal connection to public transport and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. For shared use, a garden area with a grill and fireplace, a laundry room, a drying room, as well as a bicycle storage room are available.
