The rental is exclusively for **short-term stays (weekly and monthly rent)** and is not intended as a long-term permanent residence. A weekly stay costs CHF 400.00. The room offers a bright, functional ambiance with a large wall closet for plenty of storage space. The modern kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. The separate bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as a separate combination washing machine. Thanks to the versatile usage possibilities, the studio is suitable for business travelers, creatives as well as for people looking for a well-connected accommodation for weekly or monthly stays. An additional key deposit of CHF 300.00 and a cleaning deposit of CHF 200.00 will be charged. Both deposit amounts will be fully refunded upon successful and proper handover.
