Room in a shared flat

We are between 27 and 35 and live as a group of three in the shared flat. Unfortunately, our roommate is leaving us, so today is your lucky day! The apartment: The apartment is large (4.5 rooms, very high ceilings), has two bathrooms, two small balconies, and is located between Vögeligärtli and the station. The apartment is basically furnished, but leaves room if you would like to contribute. Your room will be unfurnished. The apartment was renovated in 2018, so the kitchen is very modern (induction stove, dishwasher,...). There is an elevator in the building, the washing machine/dryer tower is shared in the laundry room with 3 other apartments. On foot, you are directly in the Neustadt, almost 5 min in the Altstadt and 2 min at the station. Your roommates: Manuel sings in a choir, works in the environmental sector, enjoys hiking in nature, collecting mushrooms, etc., and likes to cook (he is particularly fond of Georgian cuisine). Marco enjoys being in the mountains (hiking/snowboarding), likes watching sports (especially winter sports), works as an engineer in Zürich (but only if there are prospects of an after-work beer), enjoys working from home (would be happy if you are also in the home office from time to time, because being alone is boring) and is always up for a beer/gin now and then (Manuel likes beer/red wine). We like to cook together or for each other occasionally, or have a cozy evening in the shared flat. We are looking for: We are looking for an upbeat and tidy roommate (m/f/d) who appreciates living together and is around our age. It would be cool if you have held a cleaning cloth in your hand before and know that you can clean with it. Additionally, we would be happy if you are a non-smoker. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The room is available from September 1st, possibly you can move in as early as mid-August. We look forward to getting to know you soon.
