Room in a shared flat

I am a 32 years old PhD student looking for a roommate. The room is 13 m2 (first and second image, except it will have a double bed). The flat is a 3 room apartment, including the living room, which will be completely furnished (including sofa, table etc) , and a balcony with a table. I travel quite a lot, so often I will not be in the flat, meaning you would have access to the whole flat by yourself. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the Kloten station. Oerlikon and Zurich HB are 10 and 15 minutes away by train, respectively. There are Aldi, Coop, and Migros supermarkets within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is available starting on the first of September and can be subleased until the end of February (with the possibility to extend the contract The price incudes all utilities, and other expenses as wifi, tv tax etc. No smokers please!
