Room in a shared flat

In my quiet 3.5 ground floor apartment, I am looking for a roommate.
From mid-October to mid-December, I will be traveling a lot and am therefore looking for a person who wants to live with me.
The neighborhood is near the Aare (Engehalbinsel), central (8 min with Rbs to Bern station),
Beautiful winter garden, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar.
I am f, quiet, on Sat my son is in the apartment ( Fri evening to Sun evening), he is 13 and likes to go to bed late on Sat:-)
Preferably limited at first, in Oct-Dec I will travel a lot, from Jan I am at work 3 - 4 days during the day.
If there is mutual sympathy, gladly for longer.
Wlan is incl, electricity by arrangement
