3 rooms apartment

I am looking for a sub-lessee as soon as possible (with relative timing of choice by the administration/owner) in my current apartment in Morbio Inferiore. Building with 9 apartments, the apartment is located on the first floor (above the basement). The space consists of a living room, spacious and separate kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. All rooms except the bathroom have their own window door that opens onto the balcony. Despite the apartment being central in the building, it is quiet inside and the neighbors are not perceived.
