We are offering a beautiful furnished room in a modern and bright apartment, located in Mont-sur-Lausanne, in a calm and green residential area, close to Lausanne.
The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and furnished to offer a pleasant daily living environment. It features beautiful common areas, perfect for sharing moments between roommates, while allowing everyone to maintain their independence.

The apartment is currently shared with two young professionals, a man and a woman aged 25 to 30, both employees.
The idea is to maintain a friendly shared apartment, where everyone can enjoy the common areas, share moments together, but also find their peace and quiet when they wish.
This room will be particularly suitable for a person looking for comfortable accommodation in a human-sized shared flat with other young professionals.

The residence is located in a pleasant residential environment, north of Lausanne. The neighborhood offers a good compromise between tranquility, local shops, and access to public transport.
For your travel and shopping:

• Public transport: the "Côtes" bus stop, served by the TL line 8, is located about 3 to 4 minutes away on foot.
• Lausanne city center: about 20 to 25 minutes by public transport, notably with a direct connection to Saint-François.
• Coop du Mont-sur-Lausanne: about 20 minutes on foot, practical for daily shopping.
• Lidl de Maillefer: also accessible on foot, for grocery shopping.

The location thus allows you to enjoy a quiet environment while remaining close to the city center and main amenities.
