2 room apartment

Looking for a successor for a studio apartment in Chiasso. Possibility to agree on the move-in date.
The apartment was renovated in the kitchen and sanitary facilities before my move-in. It was given to me empty but there is a possibility to leave the furniture (bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, small table and chairs) by agreement
The rent is 550 +2.0 of expenses (with adjustment but the last year was almost zero)
Possibility of parking spaces inside the building
In a convenient area for public transport being two steps from the bus stop, main services such as supermarkets and immediately outside the pedestrian zone, 10 minutes on foot from the train station
I remain at your disposal for further information
