3 rooms apartment

A person interested in taking over the lease agreement of a recently renovated apartment, located in Cassarate, Lugano, is sought.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and consists of:
two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a cellar and washing machine and dryer inside the apartment.
We moved into the apartment in January 2026 and it is all practically new. We are very sorry to have to leave it, but for personal reasons we are forced to move.
The rent is CHF 1540 per month + CHF 150 for expenses.
At the moment the new parking spaces of the building are not yet available because renovation and construction work is underway. They should be available in a few months, upon request and agreement with the administration. In the meantime, there are available parking spaces in the surrounding area.
