Room in a shared flat

Following a withdrawal, I am looking again for a female flatmate (girls only) who could replace me in a shared flat of 4 in Bussigny. The month of August would be as a sublet and the lease would be taken over starting from 1st September because some of the flatmates are abroad and cannot sign the contract in the month of August. The furniture must be taken over for 600 CHF in September (perhaps paid in several installments if needed). Rent: 685 CHF (variable charges: approximately 40 CHF every 3 months) Practical info: * 3 other flatmates (one woman and two boys in their twenties) * 10 min from the Bussigny station, bus stops also reachable on foot * Coop and Denner nearby * Kitchen and bathroom in common * Large bedroom and private balcony Prerequisites: * Solvent person * Debt enforcement extract (extrait de poursuite) from the last 3 months * Last 3 payslips * Swiss identity document (minimum permit B) * Rental form from the régie du Rhône to be completed If you have a question, do not hesitate to write to me.
