What the commercial box has to offer

The heating with CO2 neutral district heating, possibility for remote control or schedule (e.g. not heating on weekends) in a highly insulated building. Furthermore, the gate, the door and the floor are insulated.

The large sectional gate (3.5m x 3.5m) is electrically operable, with remote control.

Each rental unit has 100 m2 gross area, ground floor with gallery combined.

The commercial boxes are 2-story and have a gallery and are flooded with light through the large window front.

The floor is suitable for a car lift. Furthermore, an oil separator is present and the boxes have a canopy in front of the gates (2 meters). The room height is very high, which makes it suitable for various commercial uses.

Parking situation

Each tenant has the right to rent an outdoor parking space in the front and back. The parking spaces in the front on the heavily frequented street are interesting for car sales. The visibility for a business is therefore very high. The parking spaces in the front can be rented for CHF 75.00/month and the spaces behind the house for CHF 50.00/month.

Additionally, there are 2 temporary parking spaces per tenant in front of the entrance gates (customer parking spaces).
