Hello! I am offering a cozy 2.5-room apartment in Dietikon. It is 81 m² in size and has a monthly rent of 2169 CHF (incl. NK, incl. garage parking space). The apartment consists of a long living area with kitchen, a 6qm balcony facing the street (cul-de-sac) and window fronts to the same and the inner courtyard. Additionally, there is a bedroom (approx. 15qm) and a bathroom with its own washing tower (incl. basement compartment, internet fiber optic and garage parking space (optionally available)). The residential building was newly built and occupied in 2012, I am the first tenant of the apartment. In September, the bathroom in my apartment will be completely renovated (like in all apartments in this building) and that's why we want to move out. I am looking for an apartment in Zürich (Limmattal, Altstetten, Wiedikon, up to Kirchberg) with at least 3.5 rooms and 80 m², for a maximum rent of 3000 to 3200 CHF (incl.
