Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! 😊 I am **Alma**, come from Sweden and have been living in this beautiful apartment for approx. 3.5 years. I actually work as a **nursing specialist at Inselspital**, but I have now resigned from my position as I will be **traveling for approx. 4–6 months** starting from November. Therefore, I would like to sublet my room during this time. 📅 **Period:** From November until the end of February 2027 → An **extension until March or April** might be possible. → An **earlier move-in already in October** would also be possible by arrangement. 🛏️ **The room:** The room is approx. **18 m² large** and is rented **partially furnished**. Everything that can be seen in the photos remains in the room and can be used freely during the rental period. 💰 **Rent: 840 CHF per month** Including: * Electricity * Water * Household insurance * Serafe 📶 **Internet:** There is currently **no WLAN/internet connection** in the apartment. So far, my roommates and I have used our own mobile hotspots as needed, e.g., to watch Netflix on the TV or laptop. 🏡 **The apartment:** The apartment consists of: * Kitchen * 1 bathroom/WC * Réduit * Living room * Balcony * 2 bedrooms The second bedroom is occupied by the other roommate. From **September**, a **26-year-old woman** will move in, who is doing an internship at the **Bundespolizei**. She speaks **French, German and Swedish**. 😊 The apartment is basically equipped with everything one needs in everyday life. Of course, you can bring your own things at any time if you are missing something or prefer certain things. 🧺 **Laundry:** A washing machine and a dryer are located in the house and are shared with the other residents. **Coins** are required for washing. There is a calendar in which one can sign up for laundry days or times. The system is very flexible and normally there are many free times. 👩 Who I am looking for: I prefer to look for **a woman**, ideally up to approx. **40 years old**, who is reliable, clean and uncomplicated and feels comfortable in a relaxed shared apartment. 🚭 Non-smoker 🐾 No pets 👶 No children If you are interested, please feel free to write me a message with a few details about yourself – who you are, what you do and for which period you are looking for the room. 😊 I look forward to hearing from you!
