Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone :) In our cozy three-person shared flat, a room will become available from September 1st. We are both 24 years old, studying for our master's degree, and would like someone who is not only looking for a room, but also wants to have a nice shared flat life. We appreciate shared dinners, spontaneous balcony apéro sessions (sometimes we even have a balcony raclette) or just a short or long chat in the kitchen – we're not a functional shared flat, after all. **The apartment** Our apartment is located in a well-maintained old building on the 3rd floor, right in the heart of Kleinbasel. It offers everything you need to feel comfortable: * Bright living room * Well-equipped kitchen * Bathroom with toilet and shower * Own laundry tower in the apartment * Balcony for shared use * Party cellar and garden The available room is approximately 15 m² in size, unfurnished, bright, and offers enough space for your own decorating ideas. The location It's hard to get better: restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities are right outside the front door. The Rhine is reachable in less than five minutes on foot – perfect for cooling off in the summer. The public transportation connection is also great: you can reach the city center in a few minutes, and from Wettsteinplatz you can reach the SBB train station in just five minutes. **Rent: 900 CHF per month (including utilities)** **Who we're looking for** We're looking forward to someone who is in a similar stage of life, is tidy, and ideally already has shared flat experience.
