Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone

My room in our great 4-person shared flat is available. Maybe it is exactly the right thing for you!

The following awaits you:

The beautiful, characterful old building apartment is located in quiet Zelgli and offers the perfect mixture of a relaxed living atmosphere and a central location. In just 5 minutes, you are on foot at the train station or in the middle of the city.

Your future roommates:

Antal, Celine and Muriel are between 28 and 33 years old and maintain an uncomplicated coexistence. Everyone has their own daily routine and personal space, but in the kitchen, people enjoy chatting, sharing an after-work drink, or spending a cozy Sunday evening together. Quite according to the motto: everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.

Your room:

• approx. 20 m²
• large & flooded with light
• beautiful view
• quiet location with perfect connections

Who we are looking for:

Actually no specific type of person. Whether you enjoy chatting or prefer to enjoy your peace and quiet does not play a big role. What is important to us is an uncomplicated and respectful coexistence.

We are looking for a person between 25 and 40 years old who wants to move in long-term – sub-letting for a few months is therefore unfortunately not an option.

Interested?

Then write us a few lines about yourself: Who are you, what do you do, and why do you believe that you fit well into our shared flat? We look forward to getting to know you! 😊
