3 rooms apartment

Between January and July 2027 (6 months), we are renting out our beautiful old building apartment in the Berner Murifeldquartier for subletting. The apartment features three large, bright rooms with a lot of charm as well as a very spacious kitchen that invites you to cook and linger. Typical old building details such as high ceilings and beautiful floors ensure a particularly pleasant living atmosphere. A real highlight is the large private garden, which can be used in many ways, whether for relaxing, gardening, or for cozy dinners outdoors. In the living room, a Swedish stove provides additional warmth and coziness, especially in the colder months. The location is quiet and yet very well connected. Shopping facilities, public transport connections, and various local recreation areas are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to go for walks, sports, or simply to unwind. The apartment is rented furnished. We are open to individual arrangements in this regard, so that a suitable and pleasant solution is created for everyone.
