Hello, We are looking for a person to take over a room from the end of June in our shared apartment of 5 and who can also co-take over the lease of the apartment. We already have a roommate who can act as a guarantor but it is not enough on its own. A short description: \- The room to be taken over is approximately 16m2. Rent 625.-/month without charges (approx. 20.-/month) \- The shared apartment is a duplex (6 rooms), comprising 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, balcony, cellar (parking spaces are available if needed to rent from the agency) \- Close to all amenities: metro m2 stations Vennes and Fourmi nearby, Aldi, Coop and Migros 5-15 min on foot (Croisettes / Sallaz) \- Mixed shared apartment with 4 great student(s) around 25 years old Conditions to take over the lease: \- Your guarantor(s) reside in Switzerland \- Extract from the debt collection register to be provided to the agency \- Need for guarantor(s) between 6'000.- (if all guarantors to be defined on the lease agreement reside on site) and 11'000.- (if all guarantors to be defined do not occupy the apartment) Available from 01.07.2026, to be agreed if later Do not hesitate to send a private message to obtain more information, possibly plan a visit, etc...
