Room in a shared flat

In a well-maintained 3-story house, we are renting a cozy, furnished room with direct access to the balcony near the train station. The living atmosphere is quiet, pleasant and respectful, ideal for students. The house is shared with two friendly retirees as well as one other flatmate. We are looking for someone who appreciates relaxed and harmonious coexistence. The room is fully furnished and ready for immediate move-in.
