Room in a shared flat

Due to a longer stay abroad, a room is becoming available in our cozy 3-person shared flat for approx. 6 months. The room (first picture) is 11 m² in size and is already furnished. The apartment has two bathrooms, a kitchen (with an espresso machine ;)) as well as a spacious living room with a small balcony. The shared flat room is located on the 2nd floor at Fluhmattstrasse 56. Luzern station can be reached in 5 min via public transport or by bicycle. Coop and Migros are in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes walking). About the two people you will be living with during this time: We are Flurin (24) and Sinan (25) and both study part-time at the Hochschule Luzern. We are both very active, sporty, and enjoy being outdoors. At the same time, we enjoy cozy evenings together with a glass of wine. Of course, each of us also needs some time to ourselves from time to time. We are looking for: A friendly and open-minded 3rd flatmate for this period, whether woman or man, aged approx. 20 to 30 years. A casual, fun, and respectful interaction with one another is very important to us, as well as cleanliness and pleasant cohabitation.
